Ink & consumables

Kornit has developed a superior textile digital printing chemistry solution featuring a line of high-end pigmented inks and wetting additives formulated to ensure the highest level of compatibility and performance for Kornit's machine. The combination between kornit's tailor-made ink and its wetting solution enables custom printers to achieve remarkable color vibrancy, high-density printing results.

CMYK Solvent-Based Inks

Kornit's CMYK solvent-based inks are specifically formulated to work with a variety of textile applications. The ink is designed to achieve extremely high light fastness (UV resistant), durability and strechability. Our pigmented CMYK allows creating millions of shades and incredible 4 process color prints.

CMYK Water-Based Inks

Kornit's CMYK water-based inks are designed to expand the color possibilities that are offered to the market with solvent-based inks. The water-based ink significantly improves the abilities of the color quality and provides the best colors density ever seen in the D-T-G market. Kornit's CMYK water-based inks are Oeko-tex approved.

White Ink

Kornit's water-based white ink was specially developed for printing on dark garments by creating a solid surface on the printing area before applying the CMYK inks. This white layer is digitally applied directly onto the desired location on the garment, allowing to immediately apply the CMYK colors, wet-on-wet, no curing required.

Wetting Solution + Wetting Additive

Kornit's patented wetting solution features a unique formula that combines wetting additives with water. The Wetting Solution is digitally applied during the pre-treatment directly onto the printed area and prepares the surface to accept Kornit's special textile ink. The two then generate a chemical reaction that allows the ink to bind to the garment's fibers, creating an optimum printing result that is completely wash-resistant. The solvent inks and the wetting additive completely evaporates under the dryer during the curing process.
